The Tree Man
I first met Rashil Palanchoke in 2017 during a trip to Kathmandu, Nepal. They call him "the tree man" and he spends his days planting trees in his hometown Banepa.
In March 2019 I went back together with photographer Sara Löfwander to make the story about Rashil and his trees into a documentary. The short story documentary was shown at the Gothenburg Concert Hall at Creative Mornings in November 2019.
